SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
We are currently offering complimentary domestic FREE SHIPPING. All handmade jewelry packages are shipped through USPS First Class Mail. Packages are shipped next business day. You can request to expedite your order by having it shipped Priority Express delivery but you will be responsible for the extra shipping charges.
International orders will be shipped out USPS First Class Mail International and will be calculated based off the location and weight of the package. International orders are shipped next business day. Q’s Custom Jewelry is located in Jackson, New Jersey, United States of America. Countries that are farther away will take longer to arrive at their destination. You may request to expedite you order by having it shipped Priority Mail International or Priority Mail Express International for additional shipping charges.
Our returns policy is good for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for any reason that is not due to our error, is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
When you receive your package, it will come with a return label that you may use if you are not satisfied with your purchase. All you have to do is send the item back in the original packaging along with the packing slip. On the packing slip, please write down the reason for the return or exchange and if there is a return or exchange that is requested. You can either use the label provided, which will be shipped back to Q's Custom Jewelry through USPS or you can pay for shipping through a different means.
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item and what the next course of action will be. Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If there are any questions regarding the returns shipping label, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the damaged item for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Q's Custom Jewelry, 17 Greenwich Drive, Jackson NJ 08527, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
